Typically, curing problems can be fixed with the following steps.

- if the lamp is used on low heat setting, double the curing time.

- make sure the nails are placed in the circles marked on the bottom tray. (LED rays do not bounce around like UV. Correct hand placement is extra important.)

- if the outer corner of the thumb nails are not curing, cure separately (place the thumbs in the circles) or move the hand in a rocking motion.

- when using the lamp without the cord for the first time, let the battery go out completely (it comes partially charged from the manufacturer) and charge overnight to ensure best performance.
