To turn ON device:
1. Plug in the lamp
2. Select Timer (10/20/60 second options)
3. Place hands or feet gel under light. The lamp will automatically turn off once the set timer expires.

*To activate silent mode hold the 10 secs button for 2 secs.

To turn OFF device:
1. Unplug from power source.
