Shipping: By making a purchase on www.gellipop.com, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to abide by the shipping policy set forth on this page.

In-stock products typically ship the next business day. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. If merchandise cannot be shipped, we will contact you by email within 3 business days to explain the reason. Applicable sales tax will be charged in accordance with state and local tax laws. (Most Presto products ship separately via First Class USPS mail unless you select Priority Service.)

Domestic orders include all orders within the 50 United States and will be shipped via USPS at checkout unless other arrangements are made.

USPS & UPS: Delivery takes 2 to 5 business days for in-stock items. Order processing, handling, and delivery times are not guaranteed and may be delayed by high order volume. Delivery options shown at checkout include carrier-provided time estimates; these are estimates only and do not include processing time. All deliveries depend on product availability. We provide no guarantee of a specific delivery date or time.

UPS does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.

Free shipping on orders of $175 or more to all locations within the United States. Orders shipping for free will be sent via the most economical option (USPS Priority may not be available).

Returns: Orders cannot be changed or canceled once submitted. Please be advised that, due to the nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns on any goods. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Defective items: If your item arrives defective, please contact us at info@gellipop.com within 14 days of delivery, including photos or video showing the defect. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or an appropriate resolution.

Damaged or lost shipments: GELLIPOP® is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. To protect your order against shipping damage or loss, we strongly recommend adding Navidium Shipping Protection at checkout. Claims for damaged or lost shipments must be handled through your Navidium coverage.

Pre-Order & Back-Order items: Please note that Pre-Order and/or Back-Order items, and any orders containing such items, will be held until they become available. If you need other items immediately, please order them separately, as we do not split orders.

International orders: For orders shipped outside the USA, the total shown does not include final shipping costs. A final invoice including actual shipping costs will be emailed to you. If you require special shipping terms, please contact us prior to purchase via our contact page.

Shipments typically arrive within 7–10 days, but please allow up to 60 days depending on the customs situation in your country. Please provide a contact phone number in case the shipping company needs to reach you.

Please note that all taxes, importation fees, duties, and/or customs charges imposed by your local government and/or postal service are neither controlled nor covered by GELLIPOP®. You may be required to pay taxes on items you import into your country, and these charges are your sole responsibility.

Store Pickup: Please select the "Store Pickup" option at checkout if you would like to pick up your order at the GELLIPOP storefront during business hours (Tue.–Fri., 11 AM–3 PM).

No refunds will be issued for shipping or for classes you have signed up and paid for, unless we cancel the class.
