Final Sale Policy
Due to the hygienic and safety-sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons other than our fault.
Exceptions – Our Fault Only
We will accept a return, refund, or exchange only if the issue is caused by our error, including:
-Defective items upon arrival
-Incorrect items shipped
-Product recalls or safety-related issues
For issues related to shipping damage or lost packages, we highly recommend purchasing Package Protection (Navidium) at checkout.

Please note that shipping-related issues, including damage or loss during transit, may not qualify for replacement or refund without Package Protection, depending on the circumstances.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for any other reason.
How to Report an Issue
If you believe your order qualifies under the exceptions above, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@gellipop.com with:
-Your order number
-Clear photos of the item(s) and original packaging (if applicable)
-A brief description of the issue
Requests submitted after this period or without sufficient documentation may not be approved.
Inspection-Based Exchange Requests (Special Case)
In certain cases, if an exchange is requested but the cause of the issue cannot be confirmed without physical inspection, we may ask you to send the item back for verification.
-The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging
-Return shipping costs for inspection purposes are the customer’s responsibility
-After inspection, we will determine whether the item qualifies for an exchange, refund, or denial
Sending an item for inspection does not guarantee approval of an exchange or refund.
Refunds & Exchanges (If Approved)
Once your claim is reviewed and approved:
-We will provide further instructions regarding return or replacement
-Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment
-Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution
