Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on your location and the available shipping methods. All orders will ship the next available business day. Orders processed at our location will take 1 to 7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7 to 30 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. We strongly recommend using UPS for International Orders. UPS does NOT deliver on Saturday and Sunday.

We ship via USPS and UPS and these options will be available to you at checkout. We would recommend UPS for a more secure method of delivery

Once the order is processed, the tracking number will be sent to your email. Please check your spam folder in case the email has been filtered out. You can also login to your account to check on the status of your order.

Refunds: When refunding an item, NAVIDIUM covers the subtotal of the order. Shipping costs, taxes, and the NAVIDIUM premium are not included.
Reorders: NAVIDIUM will reorder the items, but please note that items can only be replaced depending on in-stock availability. All reorders have NAVIDIUM Shipping Protection added, for free!

When you add NAVIDIUM Protect, you can easily file an issue for a lost, stolen, or damaged package. When you file an issue, it will be reviewed for approval for a reorder or refund within 1-2 business days.
